A different take on a Spec House.
We used Chromadek IBR to clad some of the walls and it created a very unique feature. The textures between the smooth plaster, bag wash plaster and sheeting become quite striking.
This is a 3 bedroom with a study/4th bedroom home that sold before the house was finished being built.
